I WANT TO TERMINATE SALE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) ON ACCOUNT OF
DELAYS IN HANDOVER OF THE PROPERTY

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN SIZE OF THE PROPERTY PURCHASED, CAN I

If the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) clearly states that it’s a hotel apartment and both parties have signed the agreement and there is no addendum signed by both parties agreeing otherwise, it is possible to request the court to terminate the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) and get full refund. Also it is possible to claim compensation thereof.

IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE BRANDING OF THE PROPERTY CAN THE SALE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) BE TERMINATED?
If the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) clearly mentions the brand name of the property and at the time of signing the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) that was a famous brand name. Upon handover, if the brand name is changed, we can put forth a request to request to the Court to terminate the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ask full refund.
